of a report furnished by His Majesty's Consul General

at Chicago, on the firm of John C. Siegfried & Company,

also a copy of a report made by the Bureau of Investiga-

tion of the Department of Justice, Chicago, concerning

0. W. Winckler.

I think on the strength of these reports you

will probably wish to take some action with a view to

informing the Union Trading Company in HongKong of the

they enemy element in the firm that/have appointed to

represent them in this country.
